WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW Booking information Chasa Allegria Arrival and departure Please consider when planning your arrival that the apartments will be ready for you at 4 p.m. We kindly request that you vacate the room no later than 09 a.m. on the departure day. If you are planning to arrive later than 6 p.m, we request you to inform us in time.

For a binding reservation of an apartment we ask you for a deposit of about 30% of the arrangement price. This deposit can be made by bank transfer to our account at Volksbank Tirol.

In order to save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation and for mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance.

This means for you in case of cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid in written form.
-Up to 3 months before the start of your vacation, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
-From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
-In case of cancellation within the last month before arrival we charge 100% of the travel price,
-in case of late arrival or early departure 100% (without deductions).
The payment of your invoice can be made in cash (EURO) as well as with Maestro Card or with Credit Card (VISA or MASTERCARD ). Checks are not accepted. Jurisdiction Landeck/Tyrol – misprints and changes reserved.
